While the focus of the portfolio will be long term buy-and-hold, occasionally business and market conditions will dictate a change in holdings which will be measured, tracked and recorded.
I choose stocks based on no specific formula or technical analysis - but rather a focus on value investing principles to create a portfolio stacked with great companies who are likely to earn market beating returns in the long run.
